Recording "I'm Like a Bird" with Honey Jam Jewels

On Friday July 30th REvived was in the studio with some of the other Honey Jam talents to record our version of Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like a Bird". We had a blast! To be honest, we were so exhausted that day BUT we went with an open mind ready to work. Not really knowing what to expect, we walked into the studio...a little late...but ready to brave the unknown. When working on a collaborative project there's alwasy a chance that you're going to encounter egos and attitudes..but we experienced none of those. The pictures speak for themselves

REvived's new studio inspires PEACE - gotta listen

So we finished building our new studio and even though it ain't quite done yet.... it's SEXY! But we can except nothing less!!! Take a look for yourself:

I was going through the REvived volt and archives and found this rehearsal footage of us singing the song  "His Eye is On the Sparrow". It has it's flaws, but to me it's beautiful, peaceful and serene. It's a reminder of no matter what we do or where we go, God is watching over us. Watch and be encouraged.

Stuck in a basement

WOw...it's been forever since we've written in our diary. We have a lot to tell you...where to start???

REvived is revamping our website http://www.revivedonline.com/ so stay tuned. We recently had a photo shoot with an amazing photographer, Sean Getti. Check him out at http://www.seangetti.com/. He was one of the first photographers to capture the essence of REvived.

The day of the shoot was definitely one to go down in our history books. It started with the shoot almost getting cancelled. Then Carleen and the makeup artist Tanya Baker-Montano ended up getting locked out of the studio, and locked in a basement sittin' on a tricycle, gettin' on each others nerves...LOL! It was reminiscent of Fresh Prince...ya'll know the episode. Holla back Tisha Campbell. We did get a free tour of XM satellite radio though! Shoutout to team REvived:
